Work has begun on Bell Bank's new facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. A groundbreaking ceremony was held Oct. 14 at the 3800 South Washington St. location. Brian Schumacher, Bell Bank’s senior vice president, Grand Forks market president and wealth director, joined Mayor Brandon Bochenski and other community partners to celebrate the project, which will expand Bell’s ability to serve customers and support the Grand Forks community.
The project will be a two-story, 17,282-square-foot building on 2.33 acres and is expected to eventually house more than 50 professionals. The bank aims to expand its services in the northern Red River Valley. The new facility will support commercial banking, wealth management and insurance services. The projected completion is set for fall 2026.
