A heated confrontation between Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLC Ajay Kumar dominated the first phase of polling in Lakhisarai on Wednesday, shortly after Sinha’s convoy came under attack in a nearby village.
