MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The trial for Latoshia Daniels, the woman accused of fatally shooting a Memphis pastor multiple times and injuring his wife at their apartment complex in 2019, heads into day three.
In Wednesday's coverage, it was revealed by a forensic pathologist who performed an autopsy on the pastor killed that he was shot in the head and stomach.
“The head wound and the abdominal wounds, as they were grouped together because they cope angled, all of those would have been fatal,” said the medical examiner.
Daniels is facing charges of first-degree murder, criminal attempted first-degree murder, and employing a firearm during a felony after she allegedly fatally shot Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church pastor Brodes Perry.
