WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - The Watertown City Police Department has arrested a LaFargeville man after he allegedly broke into a Watertown apartment, struck a woman in the head with a pistol, and broke a window.

According to the Police, the incident occurred on November 2nd when Derrick Mack, 31, of Lafargeville, allegedly entered an apartment at 1303 State Street in Watertown without consent.

It’s alleged that during the incident, Mack allegedly struck a woman in the head with a pistol and broke a window valued at $100.

Mack was arrested and charged with burglary in the first degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
