KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A man accused of threatening two underage girls if they didn't send pictures of themselves to him has been sentenced to five years in prison.
37-year-old Scott Dracul Kain was arrested in March after he was investigated for child solicitation and dissemination of matter harmful to minors, according to Indiana State Police.
The investigation began after a tip was sent to police claiming Kain had requested images from a juvenile female on social media. The female victim claimed that Kain had threatened her if she didn't send him the pictures.
During the investigation, police were also contacted by Internet Crimes Against Children Investigators from Layton, Utah, and advised that a 14-year-old female victim told investigators Kain had allegedly solicited nud
