KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - For more than 20 years, Blessings on Bell Street has served as a community event to provide gifts to families who may otherwise go without.

Entering decade number two, Blessings on Bell serves more than 2,000 people supplying Christmas gifts to kids ages two to 17.

“We started out with this being a treat for the community, sort of it being a bonus to their Christmas. It’s no longer something the community wants, it’s something the community needs so this even now is something they expect every single year and for some families this is their Christmas,” said Pastor Daryl Arnold.

With the event growing to serving thousands, Arnold and OBC call on all of Knoxville and East Tennessee to help out.
