FLOODWOOD, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Everyone deserves a little break sometimes, black bears included.
A trail camera set up near a deer stand in Floodwood caught images of a black bear on Wednesday night, cautiously sniffing a rope that was hanging from a tree before sitting down to play.
The trail camera shows the bear taking a few minutes to investigate the rope on Tuesday night, around 8:18 pm, and returning the next night around the same time.
Linda Kemp gave Northern News Now the photos from her family’s trail camera, and said that the bear has been there two days in a row to play.
Kemp says the rope was put up by her grandkids, though all kinds of creatures are now appreciating it.
