WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — A Perrysburg man was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on Wednesday on 13 counts of criminal offenses involving three separate minors, prosecuting attorney Paul Dobson announced Thursday.

Brock Abke, 31, is charged with 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, one count of importuning and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to Dobson’s office, pandering obscenity involving a minor is a second-degree felony carrying up to a maximum of eight years in prison per count. Importuning is a fifth-degree felony with a maximum penalty of one year in prison, while contributing to the delinquency of a minor is a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail.
