TOLEDO, Ohio — As the talk about data centers increases locally and across the country, WGTE Public Media will host a live town hall meeting later this month to discuss them.

The forum, titled "Under the Spotlight: Data Centers in Our Backyard," will be held at Anthony Wayne High School on Nov. 20 at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and will be moderated by former WTOL 11 anchor Jerry Anderson.

Organizers say the topic has already sparked significant discussion in the community, with residents debating both the potential benefits and challenges of data center development. WGTE said it hopes the event will encourage open dialogue
