Ashley Logan has set the table for Ironwood volleyball since the moment she arrived as a freshman.

The last two years, the Eagles had the pin hitters to eat.

Ironwood reaped the benefits this season, as the new leader in assists in program history and four sophomores who lead this team in kills allowed the Eagles to claim the #6 seed in 5A.

“Last year we were good and this year we’re even better. I can see it growing to be such a powerful volleyball team that people aren’t going to expect,” Logan said.

The program has been in Arizona’s second biggest division for 20 years. This is Ironwood’s highest seed since #3 in 2012.
