NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – North Charleston detectives arrested a man in connection with a deadly Oct. 2 shooting on Piedmont Avenue.
Eric Malloy Mitchell, 28, was taken into custody Monday, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
He is accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old Jamichael Blair of Goose Creek.
Mitchell faces multiple charges, including murder, attempted murder, armed robbery with a deadly weapon, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, sale or delivery of a pistol, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
He is being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
