POLK COUNTY, Texas (KETK) -- The Polk County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division, working with the Texas Department of Public Safety, arrested four people Tuesday in connection with an ongoing investigation into illegal drug sales at a Livingston residence.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, detectives stopped a silver SUV that had been seen multiple times at 140 Pine Valley Road, where a prior September operation led to a dozen arrests. The driver, Lonnie Crew Jr., and passenger, Nicholas McDaniel, both of Livingston, were arrested after deputies allegedly found about a half-ounce of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. McDaniel faces additional charges after allegedly concealing more meth and a pipe while being booked into jail.
