The PIA School for Aviation Maintenance is holding an open house this weekend to address the growing need for skilled aviation mechanics.

"Everybody’s out to get as many AMTs as they can; it's like a fight to the end," he said. "This year alone, we purchased 13 more jets, and we'll get 30 by the end of 2027. So we're growing. Airline mechanics are in need big time."
