MERRIMACK, N.H. —
A ground and air search was underway Thursday along Route 3 in Merrimack for a man in connection with the shooting death of a woman in Concord last week, sources told News 9.
Investigators said Jillian Collins, 37, was found dead from a gunshot wound Friday near a tent site in Concord.
Police are searching for a potential witness in the case, according to the Attorney General's Office. They have not released the man's identity.
State police, the state police helicopter, Merrimack police and Litchfield police were involved in the search.
On Facebook, Litchfield police described the man as having gray hair and walking with a limp. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt, jeans and gray and white sneakers.
