WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 31-year-old LaFargeville man is accused of breaking into a Watertown apartment, striking a woman in the head with a pistol, and breaking a window.
According to the Watertown Police Department, they arrested Derrick Mack after an alleged incident on Sunday, November 2.
He was charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree assault, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Mack allegedly entered an apartment on State Street in the City of Watertown without consent. He then allegedly hit a woman in the head with a pistol and broke a window valued at $100.
Mack was arraigned in CAP Court and held pending arraignment on November 5. He also has an outstanding warrant from the New York City Police Department with extraditi
