Channel 4 News has been given unprecedented access to the government’s counter terrorism Prevent scheme.

The programme is now under increased scrutiny following the Southport attack, amid fears of an increase in those obsessed with mass violence.

For the first time since the anti-terrorism programme launched more than 20 years ago, journalists from this programme were invited inside, to observe the inner workings of Prevent.
