The Lower Broadway building accommodating celebrity-branded bar Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville has been offered for sale.

The Nashville office of Dallas-base CBRE has the listing.

CBRE Senior Vice President Paul Gaither emailed the Post that the guidance pricing for the five-story structure is $100 million.

An LLC affiliated with Franklin-based Alpha Development LLC owns the property, having paid $20 million for it in 2021. The LLC had a previous building housing retailer Trail West Boots demolished and then teamed with Phoenix-based Evening Entertainment Group to redevelop the 0.14-acre site with the Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville, which opened early this year (read here ).
