OMAHA, Neb. —
Omaha residents joined the first town hall Wednesday to discuss the long-awaited Crossroads development at 72nd and Dodge.
The developers, Woodbury Corporation, along with MCL Construction, City Councilman Pete Festersen, and representatives from the Mayor's Office, presented on the construction before opening the floor to questions. Phase one of construction, which includes the first tenant, Gamescapes by Cinemark, along with parking, retail, and multi-family apartments, are set for completion in late 2027 or early 2028, according to developers.
Festersen said that a public input session was an important component in the long-awaited project.
