BISMARCK, N.D. (KUMV) - A Bismarck man pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of terrorizing after he pulled out a gun at a local restaurant.
Prosecutors say Jose Jimenez-Arriola threatened to knock out an individual after bumping into them at the restaurant in August.
Later, another individual called the police after seeing Jimenez-Arriola load a gun outside the building.
Court documents mention Jimenez-Arriola telling officers he had a concealed weapons license and wanted to show people how dangerous he was.
His trial is set for Dec. 3.
