Veteran gifted car in ‘Keys to Progress’ giveaway

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A local veteran was gifted some new wheels today.

Chloe Lester was given a car for free as part of Progressive’s “Keys to Progress” program.

Lester is a member of the National Air Guard.

She lives in Charleston, and is furthering her education while preparing for her first deployment.

She says the car will be life-changing for her.

This is the 13th year for Progressive’s “Keys to Progress” program.
