DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Students will learn how many pounds of food they raised during the 39th annual Student Hunger Drive Thursday night.
The six-week competition is between 16 Quad-Cities area schools and challenges students to “compete so everyone can eat.”
Over the past 39 years, the drive has helped provide more than 19 million meals to local families.
Students will also learn how much money was raised by the Million Meals Match.
The Finale Rally is from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the River Bend Food Bank.
