MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) - Police in Wisconsin are offering $25,000 for any information that leads to an arrest of a homicide suspect who officials say started shooting at kids for no reason.

According to a release, 37-year-old Martell Haire was criminally charged on October 27, 2025, in the death of a 16-year-old, which happened a week earlier in a shooting in Milwaukee.
