FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A Grabill man says he cannot get his money back from American Heritage Trails after the bus company canceled his trip and wouldn’t answer his phone calls.
Robert Benner paid $260 for a trip that was first rescheduled, then canceled.
He requested a refund nearly two weeks ago but says the company has not responded to his four phone calls.
“They didn’t even answer their calls,” Benner said.
This marks the third complaint 21Investigates has received about American Heritage Trails in recent months.
In July, a track team said they were left stranded after two American Heritage Trails buses broke down.
Shortly after, another woman said she was owed hundreds of dollars from the company.
Benner says he had positive experiences with the company on previous trips.
