FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Trying to get rid of some trash? The City of Fresno will be hosting its last free solid waste events of the year next weekend.

On Nov. 15, the city will host its Paper Shred event from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., or until the shred vehicles are full. The event will be at 1665 G St., Fresno.

The Free Dump event will be on two days, Nov. 15 and Nov. 16. It will be from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day. The event will be at 3457 S. Cedar Ave., Fresno.

The events are limited to Fresno residents who pay for the city's solid waste collection services. Customers must be present and provide a valid city utility bill or proof of eligibility form, and a state-issued ID.
