In the mere minutes after a UPS Airlines plane crashed in Louisville Nov. 4, flames shot upward of 200 feet and a plume of black smoke filled the sky.
As a firefighter with the Kentucky Air National Guard , Kyle Miller has responded to airplane crashes all over the world, but those flames were monstrous compared to most he’d seen — and they were right here at home in Louisville.
