SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - There has been an update on the condo project right on the property of Parisi’s Restaurant.

It was confirmed Thursday that this will be the site for new luxury condos right near Notre Dame’s campus and the Parisi family plays a role in this development.

16 News Now spoke with the Parisi family to hear about these plans.

The Parisi family name will live on in South Bend!

That’s because the family sold the restaurant’s property to a local developer called Seven Diamonds.
