SPOKANE, Wash. -- UPDATED 4:15 p.m. on November 6: As of Thursday afternoon, 55.17% of voters are in favor of the $240 million, 20-year parks levy, and 61.15% of voters are in favor of the $200 million, 20-year school bond.

The levy requires a simple majority of at least 50% of votes to pass, while the school bond requires a supermajority of at least 60% to pass with over roughly 48,000 votes counted. 56,918 ballots for the bond vote have been returned, so far.

32.86% of ballots have been returned. Final results will be certified on November 25.
