It was a foggy morning across much of central Arkansas. Conditions came together to make this possible, including a high pressure parked over the state, clear skies, and light winds. This helped temperatures drop close to the dewpoints and gave us a beautiful foggy fall morning.

The longer our nights, the more time the ground has to lose heat. We also experience plenty of cold fronts this time of year, which bring cooler temperatures and rain to the state.
