SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — An Ash Grove woman is suing Incredible Pizza, a chain of entertainment centers that combine pizza and arcade games, alleging she was injured by a boomerang when she was seven years old.

According to court dockets, Kristyn Black, born in 1999, is suing the chain for personal injury in Greene County Circuit Court. Her attorney, Matthew Corbett, filed the suit on Monday, Nov. 3.

The petition says on June 28, 2007, Black — who was seven years old at the time, and is 25 years old now — visited Springfield's Incredible Pizza location on South Campbell. She played arcade games, won tickets from those games, and then exchanged the tickets for a boomerang.
