OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. —

An LG&E line technician was killed while working on Thursday, according to a company spokesperson.

The company said the employee was fatally hurt while replacing a power line.

LG&E said this is a tragic loss and their hearts are heavy for his family.

Officials are now investigating to figure out what caused his death.
