Police are appealing to the public in a bid to trace a man missing from Prestwick.

Ian Thomson, 61, was last seen in the Calvinston Road area of Prestwick at around 10.30am on Thursday, November 6.

Concerns are 'growing', with officers saying Ian's disappearance is 'out of character'. He is described as being around 5ft 10in tall, of a slim build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen he was wearing black trousers, a black zipper top and black trainers.

Ian is believed to be travelling in a red Mazda CX5, registration DM21FMV. The vehicle was last seen travelling northbound on the Erskine Bridge around 1.50pm on November 6.
