St. Benedict’s, No. 1 in the NJ.com Top 20, secured its largest win of the season with a 7-0 victory over DePaul in the North Jersey, Non-Public A quarterfinals in Newark.

The Gray Bees scored four goals in the first half to pull away, then added three more after the break.

Seven different players tallied a goal for St. Benedict’s, starting with Samuel Morales. Bruno Nogareda, Godsin Amin, and Frank Pah each had a goal and an assist.

Amadou Hann added two assists, and goalie Mason Schuler made two saves in the shutout.

DePaul ends its season with a record of 11-5-1.

St. Benedict’s remains undefeated and takes a 16-0-1 record into a rematch with Seton Hall Prep in the North Jersey, Non-Public A semifinal.
