A woman visiting a Nykaa store in Faridabad went through an upsetting and humiliating experience while shopping for her sister’s wedding. She and her friend were allegedly asked to leave the store, which drew attention from other customers.

The woman shared the experience on Reddit with the title, “Asked to leave Nykaa and told to never return!" According to the woman, the incident took place in Sector 15 on November 6 and happened in front of the store manager, who did not intervene during the confrontation.

The woman said she was checking colour correctors when a saleswoman approached her and told her that she couldn’t directly use the product.
