Former Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh today hinted at the establishment of a popular government in the state soon.
Speaking to Northeast Live on the sidelines of an event in Imphal, N Biren Singh said that BJP National General Secretary, B.L. Santosh, will soon visit the state to discuss the matter.
