Former Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh today hinted at the establishment of a popular government in the state soon.

Speaking to Northeast Live on the sidelines of an event in Imphal, N Biren Singh said that BJP National General Secretary, B.L. Santosh, will soon visit the state to discuss the matter.

He also said that the people and MLAs of Manipur are united to establish a popular government.
