A longtime beer maker near Colorado Springs will soon be no more, but drinkers will still be able to visit the taproom and sip a few of its beloved recipes.

Pikes Peak Brewing Co. in Monument, which opened in 2011, will become Goat Patch Brewing Co. at the start of 2026. Goat Patch acquired the brewery in November 2024, as it sought to expand production, and over the last year invested in some infrastructure there, such as the building’s foundation.

This week, the company announced it would transition the Pikes Peak facility to become the third Goat Patch location in an effort to streamline the production, expand distribution and focus promotional efforts behind a single brand.
