AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Food and Wine Festival kicks off on Friday at Auditorium Shores in downtown Austin. The annual, three-day event features a wide selection of eats and drinks to check out.
Besides the usual fare of tasting of all kinds, the festival will also feature live cooking demonstrations at the Chef Demo Tent.
On Friday, there's the Made in Texas dine-around event, although it is sold out.
The main draw happens Saturday and Sunday, known as the Chef Showcase.
