Harassment, various streets:
An East Washington restaurant called police Oct. 28 after a 62-year-old Novelty man exhibited disruptive behavior toward customers and staff on Oct. 25. Two other restaurant managers filed police complaints also on Oct. 28 about the man’s behavior in their Main Street restaurants on Oct. 27. Police criminally trespassed him from the properties and warned he could face charges if he returned.
Aggravated menacing, May Court:
A 51-year-old Chagrin Falls man faces charges of aggravated menacing and felonious assault following a 5:45 p.m. Nov. 2 incident. Police and EMS responded to the home for a report of a man needing medical assistance only to find him holding a firearm in the doorway. Officers attempted to de-escalate the situation as
