MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Body camera footage shows former Memphis Grizzlies star Tony Allen repeatedly telling officers that a bag of cocaine found inside a car he was traveling in did not belong to him.
Allen, 43, was arrested during a traffic stop on Interstate 555 in Poinsett County, Arkansas, Wednesday for possession of marijuana and cocaine.
Poinsett County Sheriff Kevin Molder said the ex-NBA star was a passenger in a car driven by wrestler William Hatton.
Allen and Hatton were both charged with possession of meth or cocaine, less than 2 grams, and possession of marijuana, less than 4 grams.
