TOPEKA, Kan. (KAKE) - Police in northeast Kansas are asking for help finding a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since Halloween.

The Prairie Band Potawatomi Tribal Police Department said Lynnaya Bullen was reported missing after running away from her Topeka home early at around 2 a.m. Friday, October 31. Police said she has not been seen or heard from directly since then.
