The Star Princess recently made its U.S. debut after entering service in the Mediterranean in early October.
As the second ship in Princess Cruises’ Sphere Class, the LNG-powered vessel arrived in Port Everglades for the first time on Nov. 5, 2025 and was named the following day.
The call marked the ship’s maiden visit to a port in North America, in addition to the beginning of its first winter season.
A plaque ceremony with Port Everglades officials was held aboard the vessel following her arrival.
Following a couple of short cruises, the Star Princess kicks off a series of seven-night cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean on Nov. 15, 2025.
The deployment includes weeklong itineraries to destinations such as Cozumel in Mexico, Roatán in Honduras, Puerto Plata in the Dominican Repu
