KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - A North Carolina man is charged with alleged sexual assaults of children dating back over 30 years.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said 66-year-old David Earl Culton, of Asheville, was arrested Tuesday and charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to warrants released by SLED, Culton is accused of sexually assaulting children between the ages of three and four at his home in Kershaw County between 1987 and 1988.
Another warrant cites a 2015 incident, in which Culton allegedly sexually assaulted a five-year-old.
As of Friday, records show Culton was booked at the Kershaw County Detention Center with no bond set.
