WEYAUWEGA, Wis. (WFRV) - A driver in Waupaca County was arrested on Friday morning after allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road and not pulling over for authorities.
According to the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office, on November 7, around 9:20 a.m., a report came in of a vehicle going the wrong way on USHWY 10 in Weyauwega. Authorities ended up trying to pull the vehicle over, but it allegedly continued to drive into downtown Weyauwega.
Eventually the vehicle pulled over and authorities investigated why the vehicle was driving the wrong way.
Authorities say it will be referring multiple charges to the district attorney's office. Below are the following charges: • Operating while intoxicated 1st offense • 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety • Open intoxicants in motor
