1Jackson Township partners with Ocean County to address major congestion along Brewers Bridge Road and Cooksbridge Road

Jackson Township Mayor Jennifer L. Kuhn and the Township Council have announced a joint initiative with Ocean County to improve traffic flow and safety along two of the town’s most congested roadways, Brewers Bridge Road and Cooksbridge Road.

The recent consolidation of two high schools into one at Jackson Liberty High School has resulted in increased vehicle and bus traffic in the area. This surge in volume has caused longer delays and raised safety concerns for both motorists and pedestrians.
