UPDATE Sunbury council race still tied after provisional ballots counted

SUNBURY — After two provisional votes were counted Friday morning, the race for a two-year seat on Sunbury's city council remains tied between Victoria Rosancrans and Andrew Ramos.

Rosancrans and Ramos each received one vote from the provisionals, increasing their vote totals to 752.
