(Gray News/AP) - Fox Sports analyst and former NFL player Mark Sanchez has been terminated from the network – a month after being involved in a near-fatal fight while in Indianapolis to call an NFL game, according to several reports.

A spokesperson for Fox Sports confirmed the news to TMZ Friday morning with no further details.

The Athletic sports reporter Andrew Marchand also posted about the news on X , adding that Drew Brees has joined the Fox Sports network as a game analyst.

Sanchez is charged with attacking a truck driver outside a hotel in Indianapolis over a parking dispute on Oct. 4. He has been off the air since.
