APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - A man who used to work as a band director for Fox Valley Lutheran High School entered a plea of “not guilty” to twenty counts of child pornography.
James Neujahr appeared in Outagamie County Court for a hearing on Thursday where a judge set a cash bond of $25,000. The court found probable cause and bound the case over for trial.
The band director at Fox Valley Lutheran High School is facing 20 charges of Possession of Child Pornography, according to a criminal complaint.
James Neujahr, 63, was charged in Outagamie County Court on October 31 with 20 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. All charges also have a Lifetime Supervision of Serious Sex Offenders modifier, which would mandate lifetime supervision because the charge is considered a serious sex offense
