LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) —On Thursday, FOX5 received documents showing NV Energy had raised its estimate for how much it had overcharged customers to more than $65 million. That’s up substantially from the $17 million estimate released in May.

The utility says affected customers should have already received, or will receive, a letter or notification informing them of the billing error and the steps being taken.
