LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - Andrew Moore and Hooch, an Eastern Kentucky band is bringing major awards and titles home to the mountains from major music cities like Hollywood, Nashville and Atlanta.

The band won Band of the Year Multi-Genre and Americana for 2024 at the Grand Ole Opry for the Josie Music Awards, Blues Song of the year for their song, Tyrant, at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards in Hollywood and Album of the Year for their debut album “Artist of the Moon” at the International Singer Songwriters Association Awards in Atlanta.

Front man Andrew Moore said their biggest accomplishment is making the initial ballot for the Grammy Awards.
