ALBERT LEA, Minn. — The Albert Lea Public Library is hosting a "Bring Your Own Lunch and Learn" event on November 13.

Caitlin Olson, a coach with the Lawns to Legumes program, will present "Pollinator Plantings." The City of Albert Lea has updated its tall grass ordinance to support pollinator-friendly lawns.

This event will guide attendees on how to plan and establish residential pollinator plantings. The program will run from noon to 1 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 221 East Clark Street.
