MCDONALD, Ohio (WKBN) - The top-ranked McDonald Blue Devils come off their first-round bye to take on No. 8 Warren JFK in an all-local second-round matchup Friday night in Division VII.
The Blue Devils jumped ahead quickly in this one, with Jordan Perry pulling in a long touchdown pass from Mason Marvin, and McDonald took a 7-0 lead after the first minute and held it throughout the first quarter.

JFK got on the board with Steven Thomas getting a long touchdown run of his own early in the second quarter to tie the game at 7-7.
Midway through the second, a Drew Zajack touchdown put the Blue Devils back in front.
McDonald took a 14-7 lead at halftime.
